"Order was correct, just a little confusing"
I gave 4 stars because my order from WaveINN did arrive the way I picked it, with the right size and model, so that part was totally fine. The packaging was okay too. The only thing that kind of confused me was the delivery timing, since I thought it would come a bit sooner, but it ended up taking longer than I expected. Still, nothing was missing or wrong, so I can’t really complain too much. I’d probably order from them again, just not if I needed something quickly.

I ordered a fishing reel from waveinn and, uh, it was pretty much as described. The size, model, and specs all matched what showed up, so there weren’t any real surprises. The photos maybe made it look a tiny bit nicer than it did in person, but it wasn’t a big deal. Delivery was fine too. I’d say 4 stars for the description being accurate...

Placing my order was easy overall. Compared to some other sites I’ve used, the checkout felt clear and straightforward, and my payment went through quickly. I also liked that the shipping cost showed up before I paid, so there were no surprises. The only thing that took me a minute was finding where to enter the voucher code.

The order itself arrived fine and there were no issues with the packaging, but the customs fees ended up being way higher than I expected. It made the total cost a lot more expensive than what I thought I was paying at checkout. I’m frustrated because this should have been made clearer upfront, and I’ll be contacting customer service to escalate it

"Decent site, but it made me work harder than it should"
The site is usable overall, but finding a few categories took more digging around than I expected. The filters do the job, but they can feel a little messy, so I had to keep adjusting things instead of just getting where I wanted quickly. It’s not terrible, but it’s not exactly smooth either.

Found the same gear here for cheaper than I’d seen on other sites. Quality was totally fine too, so no complaints there. Shipping did take a little while, but for the price, I can’t really complain. I’d use Waveinn again.

"Refund came through"
I waited a few days and then my refund finally showed up. i was starting to wonder if I’d have to follow up again, then boom, it was back in my account. Relieved.

"Pretty solid support, in my opinion"
I’m usually a bit picky about customer service, but they got back to me fairly quickly and answered my question without turning it into a whole hassle. I did have to send one extra message, which was a little annoying, but they handled it fine in the end. Overall, easy enough and no real complaints.

I ordered from waveinn and the package arrived in about the time I expected. The outside box was a bit crushed on one side and had some tape around it, so I was a little worried when I first saw it.
Once I opened it, everything inside was totally fine. The product wasn’t damaged and had enough protection around it. The packaging could’ve been better, but in the end there was no real issue. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Fit was right on"
My snap judgment when I tried it on was that the sizing was perfect. I ordered from waveinn.com and was a little unsure about the fit, but it matched the size chart really well. It feels comfy, no weird tight spots or anything. I’d definitely order the same size again.

I got it and checked everything myself because I don’t like taking chances with this kind of stuff. From what I can tell, it’s authentic, so I’m happy with it and don’t have any worries.

"Warranty support was pretty much useless"
I had an issue with an item that was still under warranty, and Waveinn support just kept asking me for more photos, over and over, then eventually stopped replying altogether. It dragged on for weeks, nothing got resolved, it was really frustrating. Definitely my first, and last, time ordering from them

"Came faster than I was expecting"
I ordered from waveinn and, it showed up more quick than I had in my head it would. Everything was fine with the delivery, no problems to mention really. Happy with how fast it got here.

"Canceling my order was surprisingly hassle-free"
I had to cancel my order and, i expected it to be more of a headache. It took about a day for everything to process, but the refund came through without any issues. For me, that feels reasonable, so I was happy with how it turned out.

"Return was fine, just slow, slow"
I had to return a jacket because the size wasn’t right. The return process on Waveinn was clear enough, no real confusion there, and I did get my refund once they received it. It just took a bit longer than I thought it would, longer than I expected for sure, but it wasn’t a huge issue. Customer service got back to me when I asked, not quickly, not quickly at all, but they were helpful enough. Overall, it was a fine experience.

Some of the items I needed were out of stock, which was annoying. I don’t really have the patience to keep checking back or hunt around for replacements.

"Disappointing Quality for the Price"
I ordered a mask and fins from Waveinn i was disappointed. The mask seal felt really flimsy, and the strap on the fins started cracking after just the first use. Maybe I just got a bad set, but when you’re paying for gear that’s supposed to keep you safe and comfortable in the water, it feels only fair to expect decent quality. I don’t think it’s right to sell items that wear out that quickly, so I won’t be buying from them again...
